What is the maximum group size? +
We keep our tours small — typically 8 people maximum — so you get genuine interaction with your guide and the flexibility to explore at a comfortable pace.
Where do tours start? +
Each tour has a specific meeting point in central Budapest, shown on the individual tour page. All meeting points are easily accessible by public transport and within walking distance of major hotels.
Are tours available in English? +
Yes — all Zlix tours are conducted in English as standard. Contact us in advance if you have specific language requirements and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Full refund for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Bookings via GetYourGuide are subject to their standard policy.
Do you run tours in bad weather? +
Most of our tours run in light rain — Budapest is best explored whatever the weather. In cases of severe conditions, we'll contact you directly to reschedule or offer a full refund.
Can I book a private or custom tour? +
Absolutely. We love private and custom bookings — from solo travellers to groups of 20+. Contact us via WhatsApp or the form below and we'll design something around your interests and schedule.
What should I bring on the bike tour? +
Comfortable clothes, weather-appropriate layers, and a sense of adventure. Bikes and helmets are included. A water bottle is recommended, especially in summer. No prior cycling experience required beyond basic riding ability.
Is transportation included in the Szentendre tour? +
Yes — comfortable return transportation from central Budapest to Szentendre is included in the €99 price. No need to navigate buses or trains on your own.
